Sawyer Lake, Editor-in-Chief, The Bagpipe
I'm Sawyer Lake. I am one of the Editor-In-Chiefs of the Bagpipe. The start of my senior year has marked my third year on staff, and before I joined the staff I took Journalism for a year. I am also one of the captains for HP's baseball team. I originally joined the Bagpipe staff because I thought I wanted to be a sports anchor for ESPN, but I later decided I didn't want to pursue that anymore. Although I thought journalism might not have been the right fit for me, I stayed with it. I learned more and more everyday, and I got to develop my writing skills on a daily basis.
