Please know that the parking garage will be monitored for reckless driving. If you are observed speeding in the garage, you will receive consequences ranging from lunch detention to Saturday school, ISS and / or removal of your parking spot. Slow down please!

Students, thank you for keeping us safe by showing your IDs when you enter the school. Several of you do not have IDs. If you do not have an ID, they will be discounted next week beginning on April 16th during all three lunches in the book room. Beginning April 23rd, the cost of IDs will return to $20. You are required to have an ID or you will meet with an AP.

Highland Park Field Hockey tryouts are Today (Monday April 9) come to the grass field located at 4100 Grassmere at 5 PM! contact [email protected] or Maddie Ewers for any questions!

Summer school registration in Skyward will be open starting Monday at 9:00 am. Please see the HPHS website for details and instructions on how to register.

Young Life is Tonight! It all starts at 7:29 PM at the corner of Pickwick and Villanova. Everyone is invited!

Congratulations to the Lady Scots Track/Field Teams as they competed very well at the District 15-5A Meet on Thursday and Saturday.  The Varsity Team is the District 15-5A Runner-Up.  The team scored 148 points.  The individual District Champions are Morgan Thompson – discus, Abbey Govett – long jump, Maddy Stephens – 800 meter run, Ella Patterson – 400 meter dash, and the 4 x 400 meter relay – Brynn Weakley, Mary Warriner Kemp, Maddy Stephens, and Ella Patterson.  The other top Varsity competitors were Melenaite Pahulu, Olivia Conner, Phoebe Spackman, Christi Krikorian, Olivia Briggs, Erin Harper, Sophia Oliai, Cameron Fawcett, Claire Cochran, and Grace O’Keefe. The JV team are the District 15-5A Champions.  The team scored 213 points.  The top competitors were Alexis Sharrieff, Alie Lavish, Emory Brink, Abbie Meinecke, Margaret Chambless, Rebekah Miller, Katarina McIlveene, Annie Smith, Kathryn Dunnill, Gracyn Applegate, Kristen Adams, Claire Kozmetsky, Taylor Clark, Ashlyn Meuse, Isabel Blaylock, Elle Thompson, Annemarie Whalen, Breanne Spence, and Clara Armayor. The next meet for the Lady Scots will be the Area Meet on Thursday, April 19th in Longview Pine Tree. Yea track and field!

The Men’s Flying Scots Track Team competed in the 15-5A district championships over the weekend. The Varsity 4×4 of Liston-Sloan-Gadbois and Rupple were district champions. Cayden Davis, Christopher Herrod, Colby Green, Etienne Black, Hunter Heath, James Herring and Travis Collins also qualified for the area meet in Longview next week.  A big congrats to JV Men’s Track team as they returned home as Team Meet Champions.
