PURPOSE: CSC is a service organization that provides abundant opportunities for HPHS students to engage in the community, to contribute to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals in the Dallas area, and to complete service hours needed for graduation. CSC has monthly meetings, each with a mini service project opportunity and speakers representing diverse organizations. The Club also sponsors service projects throughout the year including: the CSC Car Wash, Canned Food Drive, Fall and Spring Make a Difference Day, Blood Drive and many more.

MEETING TIMES: Each of our meeting are from 6-7 pm the first meeting of each month. Below is a list of the exact meeting dates and service projects we host.

• Saturday, November 14^th –  CSC MADD (Make a Difference Day) at Voice of Hope (4210 Gentry Drive) from 9am-1pm
• Tuesday, November 17^th –Turkey Drive at the student entrance from 6:30am-9:00am
• Week of December 1^st-4^th – possible week to deliver Angel Tree donations to Salvation Army (we do not know the exact date for this yet)
• Monday, December 7^th – CSC Meeting, multi-purpose room 6-7pm
• Monday, February 1^st – CSC Meeting, multi-purpose room 6-7pm
• Monday, February 8^th – all day Blood Drive in the Mezzanine
• Monday, March 14^th – CSC Meeting, multi-purpose room 6-7pm,
• Monday, April 4^th – CSC Meeting, multi-purpose room 6-7pm
• Saturday, April 23^rd – CSC MADD at Boy’s and Girl’s Club
