Students deal with things ranging from public speaking to stress. These four talks come from TED-Ed, TEDx and Stanford Graduate School of Business where professionals present their research and strategies that can benefit students.

McGonigal is a health psychologist who studies stress. She explains how to use stress as a motivator. She gives ways to use stress as an advantage- because as much as students want to not have any stress, most people cannot escape it.
