Blue Apron Review #4
This week in the Blue Apron box, the recipes were Pork Chops with Apple Mostarda and Apple Cider Glazed Chicken. Blue Apron does a great job of portioning out the ingredients. There is always a perfect amount of food for the four person family. The instructions are easy to follow and have pictures that can help if you are stuck, and the allotted time is spot on.
The pork chops were delicious. The flavors all combined to make a great tasting dish that pleased the family. The mostarda was a little overpowering but it was a good compliment to the pork chops.
The chicken was by far the best dish. The glaze was incorporated well into the dish. It was easy to make but it was also fun.

Max Pietruszewski, Staffer, HPHSMedia
I'm Max, and I am a Sophomore. This is my first year working on the HPHS Media staff, and this year I will be a Copy Editor. In my spare time I do things like cook, play Ultimate Frisbee and video games with my friends, help the poor, and take artsy pictures. This is my second year as a French Horn/Mellophone player the Highlander Band. I like to be on top of the latest trends in wrist wear and shoes, so I wouldn't be afraid to drop a couple bucks on a new bracelet or pair of Hi-Tops. I like to listen to EDM while I work, it helps me clear my mind. My favorite place is a small town called Williamstown in Northwestern Massachusetts. The reason I like it so much is because I am a veteran of a camp called Overland that is based there. This year I went for a service camp where I helped kids learn to read and I distributed food to the less fortunate. It was a really moving experience for me and I made a lot of friends that will be, in my heart, known as my second family.
