Dear Mr. Alvarado,

Since the start of junior year, your phrase of “reach your full potential” has motivated me, cultivating an important period of personal growth and giving me more confidence for life in general. As my AcDec coach and math teacher, you encouraged me to take pride in hard work rather than talent, fostering a community that embraced the quirks of learning. Thank you for always being there, before and after school to answer questions and guide my learning journey.

I now look towards the future with a positive attitude, no longer afraid of upcoming challenges. The lessons I learned have taught me to push my limits and find joy in my determination and resilience. Thank you for giving me the mindset to prove to myself wrong, showing how far I can go and pushing myself further every day. I will miss being in your class, your humor and your kindness.
