Economic problems for China not good for the rest of the globe

One of the world’s most powerful economies is in a state of struggle and its’ problems affects all other nations in the process.

China’s economy has shown less growth in the past two years, in the last three months specifically. A nation that used to grow at an unbelievable rate at 10 percent is projected to lower to almost four point five percent this year. Despite being the second largest economy in the world behind the United States, it still has more than 100 million people living in poverty. This number is decreasing, but not as substantially as in years past.

Due to the fact that it is the second largest economy in the world, China’s economy has a high influence on other nations economy as well. Because of China’s recent problems, other nations dependent on China have also shown signs of a breakdown. Brazil, Argentina, Canada, and Australia are some of the many that China’s economy struggle has impacted heavily.

A market that produces many of other nations commodities has certainly impacted more than just a few nations. The United States is also not immune to China’s lapses especially because China produces so many of America’s commodities.

China, which during the decade of the 2000s was the largest growing economy in the world has started to sink back to normalcy in the 2010s as the country’s GDP is growing not nearly as fast. The people of China and all other nations hope to see this economic decline in China to come to a halt, as such a large economy as China hurts the rest of the world.
