Attention NEHS members! The final afternoon meeting of the year has been rescheduled for next Tuesday April 11, 4-5 pm in Dr. O’Rourke’s room C107. Come hear Sue Batterton of the Richards Group talk about the career of Creative Marketing. Mrs Bayes chocolate chip cookies and lemonade will be served. We hope to see you there!

For the last two days the Highland Park High School Choirs have been competing at the Region XX UIL Concert and Sight-reading Contest at Duncanville High School.

Out of the Five choirs that competed, 2 non varsity and 3 varsity, all five groups received a “sweepstakes” trophy!!!!  This is the highest rating a musical ensemble can receive and means that the groups were rated first division by all six judges who heard them throughout the day.  Please congratulate any of the 133 choir students WHO YOU KNOW on their hard work!
